The Typical Sales Process

INITIAL CONTACT

After determining that member is interested, Gateway initiates contact between member and SPH.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

SPH assigned EPC contractor performs site visit; develops preliminary design and cost estimating;
and performs an economic feasibility study on the proposed project.

OFFER

Through Gateway, SPH will present an offer to the member.

CONTRACT

Member accepts offer and contracts with SPH.

PAYMENTS

SPH executes a pre-paid lease/PPA and renders lease payment to member.

CONSTRUCTION

ASP designs, permits, builds, and operates the PV solar system. SPH sells power to customer at discount in most states or exports to the grid.
